LSD, not mushrooms. LSD is efficient modern technology, mushrooms are primitive.

Daniel, if you’re not, you should follow Michael’s recent postings. He is clarifying the Theory, demoting metaphor, ahistoricity, politics, and entheogens, just as you called for 3 years ago at this site. He is promoting and demoting different aspects so that the Theory clearly emphasizes what is most important: Cybernetics, heimarmene/determinism/fatedness, and loose cognition (in that order).

Yeah well, fuck that whole egodeath theory. Studying it ruined my life and now I am fully isolated from society. Hoffman called my sincere comments stupid arguments and worthless cheapshots, so I no longer have any desire to study his work. Jan Irvin doesn’t want to have anything to do with this egodeath shit and Max Freakout simply made me travel 7 hours for nothing for a meeting we had agreed about, and simply did not show up, nor apologized. I think this whole crap is evil as hell.
I wish Jan Irvin would join and help me. Sue him.
I have seen plenty of miracles. I have experienced telepathy, whether true or not. I have something interesting to say about the nonsense of schizophrenia. Yes, I have experienced light. But not neccesarily thanks to Michael.
Look, this is sincere. If you block this, just as most people block my sincere comments, then fuck it, I don’t need you. I need real communication with real people, who are not afraid for a bit of harsh criticism now and then.
You are only trumpetting Hoffmans weblog, which I find not interesting anyway. I have real bad criticism about this.
Hoffman doesn’t need approval. Hoffman needs blame.
Interested in what you have to say about this, because I no longer want to hold back.

I will continue to post what I think is important.
–––
I don’t block posts if they are on topic. You can post criticisms, etc. as long as they are on topic. All the posts you’ve made here are still here for anyone to read.
–––
Let me get this straight – You say ‘screw Michael and screw his work’ because he criticized your contributions? Come on, man, toughen up! This isn’t about sincerity or socializing. It’s about idea development and understanding religion.
You reveal that you don’t care about MIchael’s contributions because he criticized you, then a few sentences later you demand from fellow contributors that they be able to handle the harsh criticism that you will dish out.
I would focus not on sincerity, but on valuable contributions.
–––
Unless Michael contacted you privately to criticize you, I assume you are referring to this post: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/egodeath/message/4772
It comes in a thread where he had quoted a contribution you made as kabrunebran. It’s not clear that he was responding directly and exclusively to you. He quotes other contributors in earlier posts in the thread and refers generally to posters at the unmoderated discussion group.
–––
You can leave comments all over this site, but I won’t respond unless I think it’s valuable.
The last time I responded to you (http://cyberdisciple.wordpress.com/2011/01/17/entheogen-theory-paradigms-lifestyles/), you did not respond, nor do you seem to have taken into account what I wrote.

Sincere comments are valuable contributions. I can handle criticism. You have no idea how much damage the egodeath theory has done to my brain. I want justice. And I am going to sue him. Enlightenment or not.
Allright, here is a response to your post. I do care what Hoffman’s lifestyle is. If you trip all the time, you can make the assumption that the ancients did that too. If you do not trip all the time, then you cannot make such an assumption, because you simply have no idea what you are talking about. We need to get this straight. And I tried to trip all the time, and want to know whether this is a viable path at all.
You want to know what “All the time entheogen use” means? Tripping once a week on mushrooms, for example. Keep it simple, stupid. (no offence intended, seek for the KISS principle on Google)
Don’t get too theoretical. Tripping is just a practical affair and Hoffman nor you are sincere about your drug use. By the way, you don’t have to be offended by this. Better keep the discussion open and alive.

Tripping on a regular basis is possible so long as you have access to the drugs, but you can’t do it ‘all the time’, the drugs stop physically working if you try to do them too often. It is possible to trip at full strength about once or twice a week without physical tolerance becoming an issue. I have been tripping at least once a month for the past 8 years and i know many others who do similar.
